FLAIR is Hong Kongs leading R&D center for AI & Robotics in manufacturing that collaborates with renowned global industrial partners. FLAIRs vision is to establish long-term innovation in Hong Kong. Therefore, research activities aim to commercialize the developed technology via e.g. Spin-offs. One of FLAIR's technology platforms aims to streamline the product creation process in engineering and production to empower engineers to create value using AI. FLAIR has developed a B2B application for CAD engineers and production planners, available as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) through the Onshape cloud-CAD system marketplace. We are now searching for a Business Developer to drive its market growth.

What you'll do:

This position is for a business developer to drive the market growth of FLAIR’s B2B SaaS application for CAD engineers and production planners

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media and convert to customers.
  • Elaborate Sales and Marketing materials such as presentations, emails, website content, reports, social media.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and improve the product offering.

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with company databases, CRM software, tracking tools, and sales automation
  • Preferably, a global business network with companies involved in product design and manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and industry as well as technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in startup environments
