Building Attendant 物業管理員

Job Duties:

 

  • Assist to operate the Building’s facilities
  • Carry out physical security guarding services including but not limited to safety and security patrol, incident report and record, access control and car park control
  • Assist to handle emergency situations
  • Attend to queries or complaints lodged by staff and visitors
  • Work on shift duty, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

職責: 

 

  • 協助操作大樓設施
  • 執行保安護衛工作包括但不限於巡邏、事故匯報及記錄、大樓出入控制及停車場管制
  • 協助處理緊急事故
  • 處理員工及訪客的查詢 / 投訴
  • 須輪班工作,執行上司委派的其他工作


Job Requirements:

 

  • Primary or Secondary graduate
  • At least 2-year related working experiences; experiences with institution/university is advantage
  • Hold valid Security Personal Permit (SPP) and valid QAS (for Recognition Scheme of Security Training Course) certificate; valid first aider and AED certificate is advantage
  • Fluent Cantonese, simple English and Putonghua are preferred
  • Able to read and write Chinese and simple English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, simple computer skill
  • Mature, self-motivated and integrity


資歷: 

 

  • 小學或中學畢業
  • 具有最少2年相關工作經驗;曾於院校或大學從事保安工作為佳
  • 持有有效保安人員許可證(SPP)及保安員訓練課程(QAS)證書;持有有效急救證書及自動體外心臟去顫器證書為佳
  • 操流利廣東話;懂簡單英語及普通話為佳
  • 能閱讀及書寫中文及簡單英文
  • 良好人際關係及溝通技巧,簡單電腦操作
  • 成熟、主動及正直
