Job Description

What you'll do:
- Assist the Unit Head in commercial and technology project pitching, and manage project-related duties.
- Develop project ideas and apply for government funding.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project team members and the funding secretariat on administrative matters, including management, execution, progress monitoring, procurement, reporting, and meetings.
- Participate in progress meetings with technical solution partners and various project sub-teams.
- Plan and monitor project milestones, deliverables, test methods, and budget adherence.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and monitoring projects in research, consultancy services, product design, or logistics.
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication skills to coordinate resources effectively.
- Solid understanding of commercial business operations and a practical financial mindset.
- Proficient interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Certification on Project Management is preferred (PMP, PSM / CSM, etc.)
