Assistant Officer, Human Resources (12-month contract)

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Assist in HR operation routines and employment related duties
  • Responsible for data input and system maintenance and support audit exercises
  • Organise personnel files and subject files, and coordinate the mass scanning exercise
  • Perform scanning of documents for filing and maintain document management system
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to meetings and functions
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required
     

You'll be a good fit if you have/ are:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in HR operations will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
  • Good command of English and Chinese

 

 

Note:

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
