Job Description

What you'll do:
- Handle day-to-day office admin operation including office supplies, clerical support, SAP system, office equipment maintenance.
- Daily distribute of newspaper and magazine, assist Mailing Room operation, franking machine, take care of admin warehouse and admin-related facilities
- Outdoor work when necessary, e.g. by-hand document delivery, mailing and bank pay-in service
- Handle office low value movable asset and disposal of office asset, check with related parties for the record update, monitor operation of office equipment, and coordinate vendors for checking & maintenance
- Maintain and update administrative records and databases, data collection, preparation, monitor and prepare reports, undertake necessary follow-up actions
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent
- 2 years or more experience in administration support
- Proficient in MS offices and Chinese word processing
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills including Cantonese, English and Chinese
