Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support the organization and execution of TechEd STEM activities to schools and the public
- Develop and explore potential partner networks (schools, education institutions, startups, etc.) in support of TechEd programmes
- Independently handle partners and schools enquiries and be the ambassador for HKPC visits
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of events and projects promotion and operation
- Provide design and marketing support including eDM, website, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Support all administration work in project management and other ad hoc duties when required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder with 2 years' relevant experience in marketing, communications and events management
- Good knowledge in digital technology, STEM education, coding experience/knowledge in Scratch, Python, Javascript, App Inventor, Canva etc. is a plus
- Good knowledge of AI tools with practical experience in various applications
- Possess an outgoing personality and demonstrates confidence in communicating with teachers and students
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Occasional work during weekends whenever there are activities
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
