Assistant Officer, Administration

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Handle daily administration duties, including office supplies purchase and backfilling
  • Operate the door access system, including access card setting, data input and daily operation
  • Handle staff badges and name cards application
  • Support company car-related matters, e.g. scheduling of service appointments and licence renewal
  • Prepare and handle applications of reimbursement and allowance
  • Maintain proper working/ office environment and manage office fixed asset including equipment maintenance
  • Responsible for document filing and shared folder management
  • Prepare monthly reports on administrative data
  • Perform receptionist duties, handle outdoor work, courier and mailing service when necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

You'll be a good fit if you have/ are:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent
  • Two years or more experience in administration support
  • Proficient in MS offices and Chinese word processing
  • Multi-tasking with strong planning and organizing skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer service attitude and mindset
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
