Job Description

What you’ll do:
- Covert business opportunities of digitization and AI technology to optimal AI and digital solutions. Lead and drive technical conversation to conclusion and close deals.
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP.
- Prepare and coordinate project documentation and proposals, including Statement of Work (SOW), functional and technical specifications. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers and operators’ teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan, manage and execute AI and digital project deliverables. Ensure project scope, delivery schedule, budget, quality, changes and risk & issues are managed and mitigated to achieve business goals. Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules .
- Hands-on project planning and execution on AI and digital projects with internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders, including mobile APP development, application development, cloud computing, consultancy projects delivery, etc
- Support technical aspects of solutions, such as product and solution briefings, proposal preparations, supporting bid responses, proof-of-concept, demo and coordination of technical resources.
You’ll be a good fit if you have / are:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in IT project management, digital transformation, or technology integration.
- Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and / or Waterfall; experience with hybrid approaches.
- Experience in Presale, Consultancy or System Integrators would be advantage.
- Strong analytical and structural skills and decision-making abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical knowledge:
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), and project governance setup.
- Strong understanding of AI and digitalisation trends, with hands on experience applying technology solutions to improve business operations.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS, GCP, MS Azure) PMP, PSM would be advantage.
