Job Description

What you'll do:
- Identify and address the needs of SMEs through regular interactions with industry associations and stakeholders; collaborate with HKPC's various functions to enhance support opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and government funding projects, including trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote projects and engage partners.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, with experience fostering partnerships with corporate organizations, trade associations, and other key stakeholders with local, GBA and global organizations to enhance support for SMEs and start-ups.
- Good copy writing skills in both Chinese and English, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and client-facing documents (e.g. ppt deck)
- Coordinate internal and external resources to manage high-impact industry programs and projects, ensuring performance outcomes are met.
- Stay informed about industry trends and leverage them for business growth and benefits for SMEs.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall mission.
- Support supervisors to plan, develop and implement marketing activities (including seminars, exhibitions, online platform, high-profile flagship events etc.) from event and project management, promotion, on-site logistics, procurement, vendor management, post event reporting, evaluation and data analysis, etc.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing Communications, Social Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in B2B client management, industry support, relations management, event management or sponsorship preferable
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and project and client relationship management skills with a visionary mindset
- Sound relationships with various industries, trade associations, professional institutes, and public bodies
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Experience in digital marketing and online engagement tools, such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
