Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Report to the Unit Head of facility management office, and support the implementation of OHS policy and management program, i.e. ISO45001 system, and ensure validity of different licenses and certificates, ie. DG Store Licenses, LA&LG certificates, etc
  • Assist to prepare the documents for safety manual, safety procedures, work instructions, etc
  • Act as working partner with colleagues from different divisions on OHS work, advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.), investigate the accidents / incidents and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Conduct risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures
  • Provide OHS training to different stakeholders, and promote OHS to different divisions
  • Handle any other OHS tasks assigned by the Unit Head


You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree or Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience as a Safety Officer or similar role
  • Registered as Safety Officer with Labour Department
  • Good knowledge of safety legislations and safety management system, i.e. ISO45001
