Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Assist in implementing Government funding schemes to encourage industry development and growth
  • Daily operation tasks include but not limited to applications vetting, project monitoring, fund disbursement, as well as data analytics and quality inspection
  • Conduct research on local industry demand and stakeholders’ views with the aim to identify potential gaps and to develop enhancement measures for the funding schemes
  • Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance public awareness to the funding schemes


You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above from disciplines such as science, engineering, logistics, public administration, business management, accounting, information technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in public administration / science / engineering / auditing
  • Detail-minded team player with strong writing, presentation, analytical, multi-tasking, problem solving skills with the ability to deliver timely result in a fast-paced work environment
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

2. This is a position of fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
