What you'll do:

Act as IT business partner to serve as the interface between IT and assigned divisions for business technology development, demand management and solution discovery

Report and support to the team lead to implement new IT initiatives with divisions
-
Manage contractors to develop, enhance, maintain and provide day to day support to systems to meet business needs
-
Coordinate with business users on project activities including progress meeting, requirement meeting and delivering system trainings
-
Provide business input and technology advice to lead requirements analysis and system design. Manage subordinates/vendors to perform software analysis, code analysis, and identification of code metrics, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis

Perform internal QA on software development projects, provide 2nd level of maintenance and support

Review existing systems, change request and procedures as well as making recommendation for approval for changes

Prepare and maintain documentations including design documents, training manual etc. as required to ensure proper software version control and change control are in place

Provide ad hoc support on division’s projects if needed
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
-
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or related discipline

At least 3 years’ experience in IT Application / Software development with 1 years’ experience in the capacity as a System/Business Analyst preferred

Solid hands-on experiences with software programming languages such as .Net, PHP, Python and JavaScript, skilful in database management such as MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and MariaDB

Proven track records in medium to large-scale application implementation and system integration; wide exposure in different software development tools and programming framework

Solid experience in vendor and user management

Mature, multi-tasking, and able to work independently and strive to meet the project schedule

Good interpersonal and communication skills
