Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Human Resources and Facility Management Division
Ref: HFD082/21, 2002

 

Job Duties:

  • Perform advisory role and change agent by providing professional advice to Divisions on staff management and organisation development
  • Liaise with management and stakeholders on HR planning and manpower allocation, understand the business and formulate HR and talent acquisition plans to cope with the business directions
  • Manage and engage the employees during the entire life-cycle, including sourcing talents, employee on-boarding, staff development, performance management, employee engagement and motivation etc
  • Foster close communication and collaboration with employees
  • Provide professional HR solutions, join hands with Divisions to implement HR projects and initiatives
  • Work with Human Capital and Culture team to drive performance culture
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and programmes

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management disciplines or equivalent
  • 4 years or more solid people partner and talent acquisition experience
  • Good at business partnership in sizeable organizations with successful track records
  • Good knowledge and application of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance a must
  • Proven project management experience in HR programmes, design and implementation
  • Strong writing skills
  • People-oriented personality, strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Creative and agile mindset, capable to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
