Job Description

What you'll do:
- Perform general accounting functions including
- handle month end closing (full set of books), prepare monthly schedules and balance sheet reconciliations for legal entities
- With support of an officer
- maintain physical control on fixed assets, ensure timely and accurate affixing of barcode labels on fixed assets, perform physical stock take according to defined schedules and guidelines.
- ensure accurate and timely update of fixed assest master and fixed assets movement/disposal in SAP
- development of Standard Operation Procedures.
- Perform Budget Validation on Purchase Requisitions/Orders
- Support Annual Statutory Audits including audit schedules, audit queries, notes to accounts etc.
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experiences
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Sensitivity to confidentiality of information
- Hands-on SAP and supervisory experiences an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
