Job Description

What you'll do:
- Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including air-conditioning system, fire service, plumbing & drainage, electricity supply, lighting system, security system and related building works.
- Plan, manage and implement regular repair and maintenance works to ensure all systems are in functional, good and safe condition. Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations and code of practices.
- Support renovation projects and maintenance works, from design options, pre-qualification and selection of contractors, through to site implementation and project completion.
- Prepare tenders, request for quotations and maintenance contracts, including budget planning and cost analyses. Formulate project schedule, ensure quality work standards, and monitor contractor performance and progress against timelines.
- Lead a team of technicians, allocate routine repair and maintenance duties to meet daily operational needs, and assist in monitoring renovation and construction works with contractors. Handle emergency incidents, respond to inquiries or complaints promptly, and provide effective solutions.
- Manage other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience in the management of Building Services, Mechanical, and Electrical design, construction and renovation works.
- Holders of registered electrical worker license (Grade A or above) and construction industry safety training certificate.
- Well-versed in the latest ordinances, codes of practice and best technical practices related to building services and safety.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
