Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including air-conditioning system, fire service, plumbing & drainage, electricity supply, lighting system, security system and related building works
  • Plan, manage and implement regular repair and maintenance works to ensure all are in functional, good and safe condition. Ensure all building facilities are legal compliance in relation to all statutory regulations and code of practices
  • Support renovation projects, repair and maintenance works from design options, pre-qualification, selection of contractors, site implementation to completion
  • Prepare tenders, request for quotations and maintenance contracts with budget plans and cost analyses for services and purchases. Formulate project schedule, deliver quality of work standards and monitor the performance of contractors and work in progress according to timeline
  • Lead a Technician Team for allocation of routine repair and maintenance duties to fulfil the daily operational needs and assist in monitoring the renovation and construction works with the contractors. Handle emergency incidents, respond to enquiries or complaints in a timely manner and provide effective solutions
  • Manage other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor degree or above from disciplines such as Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years in management role
  • Solid experience in management of Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical design and construction and renovation works
  • Holders of registered electrical worker license grade A or above and construction industry safety training certificate
  • Well versed with the latest relevant ordinances, code of practices and the best technical practices
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
