Job Description

What you'll do:
- Assist supervisors in developing operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across all services, including customer service standards, sales and KPIs targets, workplace safety, client database and system performance.
- Meet with clients (internal and external) to provide recommendations that optimise bookings, maintain client relationships, and foster repeat business and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Support the development of new services and enhance existing offerings.
- Monitor venue usage, revenue, and traffic records; prepare reports and analyses with team members.
- Arrange vendor contracts, procurement procedures, and oversee facility management and event support.
- Ad-hoc projects and activities assigned by supervisor.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree from disciplines such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Events Management or related disciplines
- At least 4 years’ relevant experiences with 2 years in supervisory level
- Good knowledge and experience in front-of-house operations and event operations with professional customer services skills and positive services attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain good relationship with existing hirers, potential clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, independent, adaptable and details-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure with strong organizational and problem-solving skills; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Requires availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed for onsite event support, as requested by the supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
