What you'll do:
- Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of emerging technology projects, from initiation to closure, by creating detailed plans, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational goals.
- Technology Consulting: Design, develop, and deploy advanced solutions, including robotic inspection systems, AI visual recognition tools, RAG solutions, Web 3.0, blockchain technologies, and cybersecurity measures. Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concept development, and pilot implementation and consulting.
- Risk and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks related to technology adoption, including technical, operational, and regulatory challenges. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations.
- Innovation and Research: Stay updated on emerging technology trends, evaluate new tools, and recommend solutions that align with strategic goals to enhance competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Team Leadership: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, providing clear communication on project objectives, progress, and challenges. Present insights and recommendations to leadership, foster team collaboration, and mentor junior staff to promote innovation and best practices.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, and particularly in emerging technology or innovation projects.
- Master Degree or relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or emerging technologies is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, blockchain, Web 3.0, robotics, RAG development or cybersecurity projects is desirable.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, decentralized systems, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in tools/methodologies for project management (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and evolving technological environment.
