Job Description

What you'll do: 

 

  • Support Digitalisation Manager to execute Funding Scheme Branch (FSB) digitisation projects
  • Act as technical support to manage vendors to develop, enhance, maintain and provide day to day support to systems to meet business needs
  • Coordinate with business users on project activities
  • Perform the QA role of digitalisation project, including collecting user requirements, prepare functional specifications, test planning & execution, and production deployment
  • Review change request and procedures as well as making recommendation for approval
  • Support Digitisation Manager on data collection and analysis  

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are: 

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT Application / Software development with experience in the capacity as a System Analyst preferred
  • Good knowledge in .Net, PHP, JavaScript programming language, skilful in MSSQL, MySQL and MariaDB
  • Good command of English and Cantonese

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
