Job Description

What you'll do:
- Manage and administer the Government funding programme that encourages enterprises to implement projects to enhance branding, upgrading and business activities covering the Mainland and all economies with which Hong Kong has signed Free Trade Agreement (FTA) & Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (IPPA)
- Monitor approved projects, provide advisory support to grantees, and prepare required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and assess the project reports and deliverables submitted by the grantees after project completion, and prepare documentation for funding disbursement
- Occasional travel to the Mainland/FTA/IPPA economies for performing on-site checking for selective funded projects
- Conduct assessment of Government funded programme applications and prepare relevant reports and conduct robust presentation to related parties
- Assist in any other duties as assigned
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree is required
- Approximately 4 years' full time working experience, preferably in (1) Accounting; or (2) International Trading/Shipping; or (3) eCommerce; or (4) Engineering; or (5) IT Project Management; or (6) Public Administration
- Previous experience in handling Government funded projects is an advantage
- Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Good customer service-oriented mindset
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English and Chinese
