Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Handle Corporate and VIP visits, from different Government Officials and renown industry leaders, foreign delegations, specific tasks including itinerary planning, liaison with internal divisions and the actual delivery of visits
  • Cross-division communication: this includes collaboration with internal divisions or external organisations to ensure timely implementation of projects and programmes under tight timeframes
  • Copywriting of official invitation letters, marketing correspondences, materials and implement relevant events in collaboration with internal divisions and units
  • Support holistic project management plan for specific projects to optimise relevant business metrics
  • Support relevant market intelligence reporting and analysis to facilitate decisions in a timely manner
  • Handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders through HKPC’s touch points
  • Provide support to various projects for the whole division as assigned and required
 
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as  Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Customer-oriented, with good communications, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skillsWell organised, energetic, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and handle a variety of assignments independently
  • 4 years solid or relevant experience in partnering with key stakeholders, event management, or experience with handling visits will be an advantage
  • A natural storyteller who understands how to engage various audiences. Good business sense to understand holistic corporate objectives and partnerships
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work outside office hours
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
