Job Description

What you'll do:
- Support Manager in executing corporate campaigns aligned with organisational goals, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality programmes.
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of flagship corporate projects, including industry engagement activities, tech and services exhibitions, thought-leadership conferences, success case promotions, and networking/ceremonial events.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives that meet performance targets.
- Copywriting of official invitation letters, marketing correspondences, materials and implement relevant events in collaboration with internal divisions.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with local, GBA, and global organisations to enhance HKPC’s visibility, partnerships, and thought leadership.
- Support team in digitalising the Project Satisfaction Poll to automate monthly customer satisfaction reporting.
- Manage client and stakeholder inquiries through HKPC’s touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A highly experienced event professional with a minimum of 4 years in corporate events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to apply analytical and creative thinking to overcome challenges and adapt to unexpected changes during event execution.
- Customer-oriented, with good communications, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work outside office hours
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
