Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Support manager to plan, develop and implement industry engagement related activities and corporate events with a view to promote HKPC’s services to multiple stakeholders from GBA to international including Government departments/Bureaus, Industry Support Organisations, Think Tanks, academia
  • Collaborate with internal divisions and external organisations to ensure projects and programmes are implemented efficiently and effectively with quality under tight timelines
  • Copywriting of official invitation letters, marketing correspondences, materials and implement relevant events in collaboration with internal divisions and units
  • Support holistic project management plan for specific projects to optimise relevant business metrics
  • Support relevant market intelligence reporting and analysis to facilitate decisions in a timely manner
  • Handle inquiries and liaise with clients and stakeholders through HKPC’s touch points
  • Provide support to various projects for the whole division as assigned and required

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • 4 years solid or relevant experience in partnering with key stakeholders, event management or marketing in GBA will be an advantage
  • A natural storyteller who understands how to engage various audience. Good business sense to understand holistic corporate objectives and partnerships
  • Customer-oriented, with good communications, interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Well organised, energetic, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and handle a variety of assignments independently
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, willing to work outside office hours
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
