Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications

Corporate Development Division

Job Duties:

  • Support Senior Manager, Manager to execute agreed corporate communication strategies and plans to achieve company's objectives and brand propositions
  • Maintain professional relationship with business partners, media and key stakeholders
  • Assist to gatekeep all contents for corporate literature including press release, corporate collateral, speech, presentation materials, boilerplate, factsheet, newsletter, brochure, promotional leaflet, executive profile, corporate overview, corporate announcement, statement, corporate messaging, advertorial, etc
  • Assist to monitor the design and production of quality corporate publications
  • Execute effective media strategies and plans covering both traditional and social media platforms
  • Draft corporate messaging, press invite, press release and media Q&A
  • Update media stakeholder's database, assist to organise all press events and media engagement activities 
  • Draft LTT for issue management
  • Assist to handle media enquiries and concerns and draft media reply message
  • Assist to manage company’s media audit exercise and media training programmes
  • Assist to conduct market intelligence monitoring, reporting and analysis through media channels
  • Apply brand journalism, pitch executive interviews and media publicity opportunities to raise brand awareness and uplift brand equity
  • Prepare daily news clippings report and conduct verbal news reporting to management when necessary



  • Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Business Management or equivalent
  • Three to five years’ experience in Corporate Communications field
  • Experience in digital communications (including social media) a definite advantage
  • Fast learner and good team player
  • Multi-tasking and detail oriented
  • Experience in managing independent project/ task in an advantage
  • Rich experience in Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Mainland cities would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Excel, HTML, WordPress, Email Campaign Systems, digital platforms
  • Excellent people skill, communications and presentation skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
