Job Description

What you'll do:
- Assist Senior Manager and Manager to execute agreed corporate communication strategies and plans to achieve company's objectives and brand propositions
- Maintain professional relationship with business partners, media and key stakeholders
Media Relations
- Develop and maintain corporate messaging, press invite, press release and media Q&A, Organise press event & media engagement activities
- Assist in developing crisis communication plans and protocols. Be responsive and provide support during critical situations, ensuring timely and accurate communication to stakeholders and the media.
- Update media database, handle media enquiries and draft LTT
- Apply brand journalism, pitch executive interviews and media publicity opportunities to raise brand awareness and uplift brand equity
- Prepare daily news clippings report and conduct verbal news reporting to management
- Use analytics tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
- Perform news monitoring and research. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communications and content creation. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market.
Event management
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality and influential press events and activities to promote HKPC services
- Working with the Team to manage all tasks leading to the timely and successful media events and programmes
- Mentor junior colleagues and spearhead cross-team collaborations to ensure the delivery of optimal results for different projects and tasks
- Coordinate with internal and external creative agencies in event implementation
- Demonstrate foresight in pre-empting and mitigating potentially unfavourable media coverage, staying attuned to current events and societal trends
Editorial and Publication
- Develop and gatekeep all contents for corporate literature including press release, corporate collateral, speech, presentation materials, boilerplate, factsheet, newsletter, brochure, promotional leaflet, executive profile, corporate overview, corporate announcement, statement, corporate messaging, advertorial and award submission, etc
- Monitor the design and production of quality corporate publications
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Business Management or equivalent
- Five years' experience in Corporate Communications/ Public Affair/ Media field preferably with TV/ news anchor experience
- Experience in event/ project management
- Multi-tasking, detail oriented, flexible and problem-solving
- Good command of English and Chinese
