What you'll do:
- Assist the Team Head in managing the government funding programme related to Chinese Medicine Development in Hong Kong.
- Assist in the evaluation of government-funded programme applications and contribute to the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Advisory Committee, including preparation of meeting agendas, documents, and minutes, etc.
- Develop and implement promotion campaigns and outreach initiatives to enhance public awareness and stakeholder engagement with the funding scheme.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine, Communications, Journalism, Business Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in Chinese Medicine GMP, Chinese Medicine registration, and the Chinese Medicine industry is preferred.
- Experience in implementing government funding schemes and/or handling government-funded projects is an advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong writing skilss in Chiense preferred.
