What you'll do
- Assist the team head in standardizing ERP processes and implementing best practices that align with company policies
- Conduct regular reviews of ERP data, gather user requirements, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements, focusing on continuous improvement
- Coordinate Customer data setup, validations, and periodic maintenance
- Provide support to the Divisional ERP Operations Support team
- Communicate with internal staff and external parties to carry out various activities
- Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP operations or project management gained from sizable organizations
- Experience in business process analysis and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in project system and material management modules, is highly desired
- Good command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
