Job Description

What you'll do:

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients from the public, private, and non-profit sectors in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.   
• Secure new business and projects through client resources, association resources and/or government funding. 
• Develop client proposals and presentations, define acceptance criteria, UAT, aligning in-house R&D with stakeholder needs. 
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, resolve dependency, evaluate risks, communicate to stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed efficiently.  
• Assist the Unit Head on the development of technological platforms in the areas of Artificial Intelligence or Data Science for manufacturing and other industries, coordinating the team for project/product delivery.
• Own the product requirement documents, business brochures, feature decks and regular status reports.
• Travel to the Mainland and outside Hong Kong for service delivery or business matters is needed.

You'll be a good fit if you have/are

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in product design, development or management.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Design, Technology or Engineering Management 
• Hands on project/product management experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Computer Vision. 
• Experience in SaaS/PaaS product development in Artificial Intelligence and offer excellent user experience (UX) from end-to-end perspectives. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal.
• Experience in professional design and prototype tools such as Figma, Sketch, Webflow, Adobe Illustrator, Solidwork, AutoDesk’s product design or media solutions, etc.
• Excellent skills in facilitating meetings, summarizing documentations.
• Fluent verbal and written English, Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Experience in AI, Science, Technology or Engineering startups is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mentoring skill is a plus.
