Job Description

What you’ll do:

 

  • Cooridnate promotional campaigns to boost awareness of a government funding scheme.
  • Coordinate with funding units to gatekeep marketing materials and manage to upload to CMS fro content management.
  • Identify new business opportunities for increased platform usage and maintain the stakeholder relationship to strengthen the network of the digital platform.
  • Manage internal communication platform to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operation and alignment of the government funding scheme.
  • Foster staff engagement and coordinate internal training for team building.
  • Act as the administrator to ensure smooth operation of the branch

 

You’ll be a good fit if you have/are:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration with at least 4 years of relevant experience. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment. 
  • Familiarity with public body operation and understand of digitalisation solution is an advantage.
