Job Description

- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of AI, robotics, and automation consultancy projects, from conceptual design and technical feasibility studies to on-site deployment and system testing.
- Project Control & Reporting: Monitor project risks, budget allocation, and milestone delivery; prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
- Technical Implementation: Coordinate with internal engineering and supply chain teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless integration of AI algorithms, robotic systems (e.g., robotic arms, AGVs/AMRs), and control software.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring that project deliverables effectively address their operational challenges and align with their business goals.
- Documentation & Quality Assurance: Prepare detailed technical specifications, progress reports, and patent applications; ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and internal quality protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, AI, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, AI development, or R&D project management.
- Hands-on experience with ROS, computer vision, and robotics system architecture and development is highly preferred.
- Experience in writing structured proposals for R&D or public funding applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with a good command of both English and Chinese.
