What you'll do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled applications and software systems.
- Develop AI agents, Generative AI applications, LLM-based solutions, and RAG systems.
- Build front-end and back-end components for AI products and internal platforms.
- Integrate AI models and APIs into enterprise applications and workflows.
- Support business analysis activities, including user requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and preparation of functional specifications for AI and digital transformation project.
- Translate business needs into clear solution requirements and work closely with technical teams to ensure deliverables meet user expectations and project objectives.
- Conduct data preparation, processing, and exploratory analysis to support AI projects
- Work with AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, software quality, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, documentation, and project demonstrations.
- Research emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas to project development.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, STEM or a related discipline, or Diploma/High Diploma with 2 years of working experiences.
- Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent.
- Knowledge of modern front-end development frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
- Experience in AI-assisted software development workflows, including prompt engineering, code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation using modern AI coding assistants.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, machine learning, or deep learning concepts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, Linux, and cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world business and industrial challenges.
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
