Job Description

What you'll do
- Develop, test, and implement ERP system enhancements and AI initiatives
- Provide administrative support such as e-document filing and specification preparation for the ERP system
- Provide support in following up and communicating with ERP vendors and internal users
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions for end users
- Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Students of tertiary institution in Information System, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Demonstrated interest in business analytics and system development cycle management
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Python) is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
- Mature, self-motivated, analytical and a good problem solver. Able to learn new systems and programming language
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, ability to work in a fast-paced and able to work under pressure.

2. This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 9 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis.
