Job Description

What you'll do

• Develop, test, and implement ERP system enhancements and AI initiatives
• Provide administrative support such as e-document filing and specification preparation for the ERP system
• Provide support in following up and communicating with ERP vendors and internal users
• Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions for end users
• Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Students of tertiary institution in Information System, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated interest in business analytics and system development cycle management
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Python) is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
• Mature, self-motivated, analytical and a good problem solver. Able to learn new systems and programming language
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, ability to work in a fast-paced and able to work under pressure.

2. This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 9 months.
