Job Description

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support such as e-document filing and meeting preparation for the Next-Gen ERP Project
  • Provide support in following up and communicating with ERP vendor and internal users
  • Perform system testing to support system rollout
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions for end users
  • Handle other ad hoc projects and assignments

 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Students of tertiary institution in Information System, Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated interest in business analytics and system development cycle management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Mature, self-motivated, analytical and a good problem solver. Able to learn new systems and programming language
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

2. This is a position of Part-time internship programme of 9 months.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates.  A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered.  The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
