Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and maintain financial IT systems, troubleshoot accounting and finance-related issues, and provide timely assistance with system enhancement and testing
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including business users, finance and IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in digitalization and simplification projects to streamline finance operation process and ensure compliance to accounting  policies and procedures
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate accounting and finance operation,such as financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes and drive strategic initiatives within the organization’s finance function
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required

 

 You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1-2 years of solid experience in financial systems management
  • Hands on experience in managing and system implementation of finance projects such as accounting and budgeting process as well as financial reporting
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data sets, creating automated reports, and presenting findings to diverse audiences
  • Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information
  • Strong analytical, organization, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Attentive to details and proficient in  advanced data analysis and reporting tools such as MS Excel, SQL, VBA, Power BI, Python
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and finance systems, including SAP, is a plus.
  • Candidates with more proven relevant experience can be considered as Senior Analyst
